Laila is a distinguished Emirati entrepreneur and leader in real estate and asset management. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering and a Master’s in Engineering Management with honors from Windsor University, giving her both technical expertise and strategic insight. Under her leadership, the company has achieved over AED 1 billion in transactions and built a diverse portfolio for local and international clients, earning her a reputation for professionalism, innovation and integrity.

Abdul Shahabb, co-founder of Urban Heights, brings over 20 years of expertise in the legal sector. As the Owner and Director of a Legal 500 company, he has advised numerous corporations on mergers and acquisitions and served on the UK Parliament’s Disciplinary Panel from 2019 to 2023.
His experience also includes advising the UK Government on a range of legal and strategic matters. In 2023, he moved to Dubai as an investor and established Urban Heights in 2024, offering multiple services. Today, he manages several companies for UK clients in the UAE, overseeing employees, accounting, and legal services, supported by a strong network across both the UK and UAE.
